Return and Refund Policy
Currently we support 2 days return policy. In case you have any issue with the product received, the same must be informed to us through Contact Us page; with in 2 days of order receipt. Kindly mention your order ID in the message.
All our products pass through stringent quality checks to ensure positive experience to all our customers.

Kindly note that ‘size change request’ and ‘Item not liked’ cases will be considered for resellers only. Also, sale and discount section articles are not covered for replace and refund requests.
Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
Steps to raise return request-
- Notify our team with in 2 days of product delivery and share the issue particulars using Contact Us
- Our Customer Support (CS) team will connect with you and understand the issue.
- On return approval, kindly arrange for shipping the product to address shared by CS team and share the proof of dispatch.
As the return package is received at our address, refund will be initiated within 48 working hours basis the return policy. Refunds will be made in form of Gift Voucher that can be used on our site to make payments towards further purchases.
Partial Fulfillment Scenario
We strive to provide the best experience to all our customers and are always dedicated to achieve the same. In any unfortunate case, wherein we are unable to fulfill the complete order; the amount towards pending articles will be refunded. Refunds will be initiated as mentioned in Refund Process above. Available articles will be fulfilled and shipped.
This policy is for the benefit of our buyers and support them in their business. We reserve the right to discontinue services and/or block account of such users, who are found to be misusing or exploiting these policies or making fraudulent requests; without prior notice.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable or sensitive goods such as clothing, Toys, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to an address provided after returns claim is accepted
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and insurance for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
